Global Performance, as a partner in Institutional Resources, has just completed a $1 billion school design and construction program for Greenville, South Carolina. 

Please see the project summary that overviews this program.  In addition, as a member of InRe Financial, we have provided approximately $2 billion of financing for school facilities in South Carolina.  We have the full capability to provide the following services to the institutional and educational markets.

• Develop capital plans based upon past and future demographics, student projections, current assets, and future facility needs
• Develop plans for the financing of the capital plans once they are approved
  
• Complete program planning, taking the capital planning and detailing options for implementation
