Our Strength. The strength of Global Performance is simply our people.  Our team is made up of highly focused, highly skilled, and innovative people with diverse experience in all phases of project execution -- from conceptualization to execution, startup, and operations. Global Performance currently has approximately 400 members dedicated to capital planning, engineering, project management, and maintenance planning located in various offices in the United States.

         

Leadership

Dennis Braasch

Dennis Braasch has over 25 years of experience in industrial and automotive engineering, and project management. He has worked with most of the major automotive manufacturers and in most regions of the world. His prior experience has included roles for Fluor Corporation as Vice President, Project Controls; Business Unit Manager, Automotive; and Vice President, Construction Operations. He has experience on projects ranging from commercial to heavy industrial.

         

Steve Kiker

Steve Kiker has over 23 years of experience in industrial and automotive engineering and program management projects. Program management experience includes all project functions for brownfield and greenfield automotive and industrial plants.

 

 

 

 

 

Jay Alexander

Jay Alexander has over 20 years experience in the design and construction of industrial facilities. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1979 with a BS in Chemical Engineering, Jay began his career with E. I. du Pont de Nemours. He joined Daniel International in 1981 and worked in many different industries including industrial, foods, life sciences, chemicals, and plastics. Jay served as a project manager, manager of projects, division manager, vice president of operations, and president of the “chemicals, plastics, and fibers” business. This business had annual revenues of over $2.5 MMM. He also served as the global alliance manager for the Dupont alliance at a time when the global engineering team numbered over 1,200, and the site construction and maintenance force was more than 3,000.
